Most custom orthotic insoles manufacturing today uses moulds, images and other methods that don’t get the laser-sharp accuracy that your customers need. Added to this, there are significant costs incurred for taking imprints (eg: foam box) and creating casts for each imprint as well as the time lost in transporting the foam box.

The Online Store

We created an online store that combines HEALIC app’s LIDAR-based scanning with customising and order features. The user can pick all details from basic information such as shoe type, form and size to more detailed custom options such as choice of insole and fabric on the online store.

A quick demo video walks the user through the scanning process, so they can repeat the steps easily for both feet to generate the scan on their iPhone.
